Normally, we do not accept the return of a ring with any indication that it has been used.   1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) by contacting our customer service department by email, phone or simply fill out the form in our contact us page and specify whether return or exchange is needed and the reason for the request.
  2. Mail us the band with the shipping and delivery courier of your preference. Getting tracking on the package is highly recommended to make sure the item is delivered at our office.
