Sizing Questions

How can I find out my ring size for FREE?

How tight or loose should my ring fit?

Your ring should not be so tight that it stops blood from circulating in your finger, or so loose that it is constantly slipping off.

The happy medium is really where you want to be — and this really comes down to personal preference. Your perfect ring size should come off your ringer with a little force, but not to the point where you’re straining to get it off.

What is “Standard Fit”?

Standard Fit rings mean the ring is exactly the same size all through the inside of the ring.

What is “Comfort Fit”?

All of our rings are Comfort Fit. This means that the ring is rounded on the inside (the side that touches your skin).

The main advantage of this style is that the ring slides over the knuckle much easier and the ring creates less friction because it covers less surface of the skin.

What sizes do you carry?

Typically, we carry 4 through 14. However, sizing options vary for each ring.

How can an international customer find out their U.S. ring size?

Are your rings hypo-allergenic?

Our gold rings are 14k, and are hypo allergenic. Our gold plated rings have tungsten as base, which does contain nickel.


How much do you charge for shipping?
For U.S. customers, we offer:

  • FREE USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day
  • $17.50 FedEx 2-Day Guaranteed Express Delivery
  • $25 FedEx Guaranteed Overnight Express Afternoon Delivery

Shipping time is applied after manufacturing time — not from the time that you order it. International orders cost $25.00 for shipping. Do you ship to APOs and FPOs?
Yes, Priority Mail through the Post Office will be used for orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses.
How long will it take to receive my order and how is it sent?
Shipping time is applied after your order is processed. This also depends on the shipping option that you choose. Most orders are sent through the U.S. Post Office, but we also offer FedEx options. For more information, visit our Shipping Info page.

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 40-day money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your new tungsten wedding band for whatever reason (craftsmanship or otherwise), you can return it within 40 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Do you offer the lowest price guaranteed?
Yes. We compare our prices to our competitors’ prices on a regular basis to make sure we’re giving you the best price available online. Just in case we’ve overlooked something, here’s our promise to you: If you find the same product available for a better price on another website, we’ll beat their price by $5 (if you haven’t ordered yet) or we’ll refund you the difference (if you bought from us within the past 30 days). What is your warranty policy?
We guarantee all of our wedding bands and rings are of the finest quality craftsmanship. Each ring is meticulously checked during manufacturing and is inspected again prior to shipment to ensure they are without any imperfections or defects. In case you aren’t pleased with your ring for any reason, you can return it to us within the first 40 days to receive a full refund.
Does engraving my ring void the warranty?
No — however, when a ring is exchanged the warranty does not cover re-engraving.
What if I order the wrong size ring?
Exchanges are free within the first 40 days of purchase. All we ask is for you to pay a nominal shipping and handling fee of $25, which covers the inspection and cleaning of the original ring, and the cost for shipping a new ring back to you. At the time of purchase, all rings automatically come with a free lifetime warranty and lifetime sizing policy, which covers any later size exchanges.
